Founder/Artistic Director /Conductor
Clay is originally from Wrightsville, Georgia, Clay has a degree in Music Education from University Of Georgia. He started his career with Walt Disney Entertainment in 1997 as a percussionist with the Disney Grammy All American College Orchestra. He has performed with Betty Buckley, Shirley Jones, Sandy Duncan, Peabo Bryson, John Davidson, Carol Channing, and Jennifer Nettles. His conductor credits include: The Walt Disney Orchestra, Celine Dion, Jackie Evancho, Richard Sherman, and Central Florida Community Arts. Along with being a musician and conductor for Walt Disney World, he was also a Vocal Coach at “The American Idol Experience” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, performed in “The Hunchback of Notre Dame – A Musical Adventure” and was a percussionist in “Tapestry of Nations”. He has worked with WDE Talent Casting, WDE Show Development and Production, Disney Performing Arts, and is an Entertainment Manager with WDW. He is also an accomplished Arranger, Orchestrator, Clinician, Educator, and Musical Director throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. Currently, Clay works with Norwegian Cruise Lines as a Musical Director and Arranger. Clay was honored as being one of the first recipients of the Walt Disney Legacy Award. Tommy is thrilled to be back with Encore! Cast Performing Arts. Tommy has had a passion for the arts since he was a young child. While most of his time through high school and college were on the stage, in 2002 he found his passion to be behind the scenes. Through his career with the Walt Disney Company, he became involved with Flashback Productions and Encore! Cast Performing Arts. Both Disney Cast Member organizations are dedicated to providing an outlet for Cast Members to perform and raise money for charity. He has held many roles over that past 13 years and has helped raise over $400,000 for local charities.
Juan is excited to be back with Encore for his 4th year. Juan is an alumni of Theater UCF/Rosen and has been with Walt Disney Entertainment for the last 8 years of his 10 plus years with Disney. Juan has called and stage managed various shows and events within the Magic Kingdom® Park and across property, including being part of the production team responsible for the 2014 Emmy Award winning Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade on ABC featuring Neil Patrick Harris as Host. He has also been fortunate enough to participate in the Broadway Basics Stage Management Workshops out of New York City.
After growing up in the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches theater community in South Florida, and attending University of Miami to study Vocal Music and Music Engineering, Aron relocated to Orlando in August 2000. He was thrilled to join the WDW Candlelight Processional Cast Choir immediately upon arrival and has performed at Epcot during every holiday season since! In 2005, Aron attended his first Encore presentation and decided to audition the following year. This production is Aron's ninth, either performing in and/or assisting the Production Team since The Spark of Creation in 2006. He served as Encore's Box Office Manager in 2011 and has served as Operations Manager since 2012. When not performing with Encore, Aron is proud to spend his days as an Imagineer with the Walt Disney Imagineering Florida Creative Studio, as well as many of his evenings as a Lead Usher at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.
Jennifer has been involved in Encore since its beginning in 2002 as a choir member, soloist, section leader, rehearsal pianist, choir manager, and now company manager. Jennifer has received her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees as well as National Board Certification in Elementary Education. She currently works as a third grade teacher as well as seasonally at Walt Disney World. Growing up in New York, she spent most of her life performing on the stage, singing, and playing the piano and has had the opportunity to perform in many regional, community, and summer stock productions. In addition, she has musically directed and/or choreographed over 50 productions for children.
Resident Show Director
Michael received his BA in Theatre Arts from Penn State University. At Walt Disney World, he performed as a Show/Parade performer for nine years before becoming a Staging Specialist for five years. He has been a part of Encore for over a decade, as a section leader, soloist, dancer and choreographer. He was thrilled and honored to move into the director role for Art of the Possible and now for AIDA. Other directing credits include Godspell, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Working, High School Musical, Cupid & Psyche, and Once Upon a Mattress.
Katherine Almaguer Rivera
Katherine is honored to call Encore! Cast Performing Arts home. She received her BFA from the University of South Florida in Dance Performance. Katherine began her Disney Career as a Show/Parade performer, is honored to be an original recipient of the Walt Disney Legacy Award, and is currently a Maintenance Choreographer with Walt Disney Creative Entertainment. She also is a Teaching artist for Disney Performing Arts. Other Encore Choreography credits include An American Revival, Finding Wonderland, Art of the Possible, Aida.
Renee designs the costumes for Encore. Raised in NY and NJ, she then studied Theatre Design and Communications at Rowan University. An Entertainment Cast Member since 1999, she is perpetually grateful for the blessings Mickey has given her. She’s overjoyed to have performed in and around Cinderella’s castle, both in Florida and at the Tokyo Disney Resort with both Price brothers. Renee's current role is with the Global Entertainment Training Team.
Technical Director/Audio Design
Jonathan has enjoyed his theatrical career behind the scenes. Touring nationally with bands and hit musicals has fostered his love for working in live entertainment. Returning for his 4th year with Encore, he is honored to serve with a great production team. He is currently a Production Planner for the Walt Disney World Resort®.
Resident Assistant Stage Manager
Stefany is so thankful to have made her Encore! Cast Performing Arts debut with their production of Aida: In Concert at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. As Encore! Cast Performing Arts continues it's legacy of inpiration and joy and she is so delighted to be a part of the incredible creativity and imagination. Stefany first joined the Walt Disney Company in 2013 with Main Street Operations. After three wonderful years on Main Street she has recently taken on the role of Global Entertainment Character Attendant. Past stage management credits include: Broadway: Wicked (Production Assistant), Off-Broadway: Satan in High Heels: The Play (Production Stage Manager), Regional: The Secret Garden (Assistant Stage Manager), Annie Russell Theater: The Drowsy Chaperone (Stage Manager), Time to Kill (Stage Manager), Mary's Wedding (Stage Manager).
Lynn has been a Disney Cast member for 9 years, working in the Entertainment Department and as a member of the Magic Kingdom® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios® Dream Squads. Her first experience with Encore was in 2007 when she attended the Hollywood show. The next year she auditioned and has been a member of the choir since, serving as a Section Leader since 2009. In 2010, she became Choir Costume Manager. Lynn has worked on numerous fundraising shows as a performer, children’s chorographer and costumer, including Head costumer for The Music Man, and multiple dance and cabaret shows
Camden is thrilled to be returning for her 10th season with Encore. Camden graduated with her Bachelors in Music Education from Stetson University and her Masters of Arts Administration from Florida State University. Along with being the orchestra director at Denn John Middle School in Kissimmee, Florida, Camden has an active private studio as well as a busy performance schedule, appearing as a musician with Central Florida Community Arts, Fretless Rock, and Clambake Productions on gigs throughout Central and South Florida. Her pit orchestra credits include The Music Man, Into the Woods, Evita, West Side Story, Sweeney Todd, The Sound of Music, Dido and Aeneas, and The Coronation of Poppea. Camden has also performed with several regional orchestras including: The Northwest Florida Symphony, The Augusta Symphony (Augusta, Ga.) The Ocala Symphony, and the Space Coast Pops.
Resident Vocal Rehearsal Director
John is thrilled to be joining Encore for the 7th year. John earned his Bachelors in Music and Theater and has worked at Walt Disney World since graduation. He recently earned his Equity card and can be seen performing at For The First Time In Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along. Some favorite past roles include Children of Eden (Seth/Shem), Love Rides the Rails (Simon Darkway), I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change (Principal), and Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere).
Bob first attended an Encore performance in 2008, became a choir member after auditions the following year for Revolution, and joined the production team in 2009. He has a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University and has been a Disney cast member in various technical roles since 2007. Bob's musical experience prior to becoming a cast member was in band, orchestra and color guard in high school, college and independent groups. Since joining Disney he has performed in all the major Encore productions as well the WDW Candlelight Processional Cast Choir and other local vocal groups.
