ENCORE! Cast Choir and Orchestra was formed in 2002 by a small group of Disney Cast Members with a passion for music and a strong desire to give back to the community. Over the past eight years we have performed concerts featuring the music of Broadway, Patriotic songs, Gospel hymns, Rock anthems themes from the Movies, and Pop favorites. We’ve seen incredible growth each year, today being a volunteer ensemble of nearly 300. Best of all, we’ve been able to contribute over $110,000 to deserving Central Florida organizations.

In July 2009, we performed our latest concert – “REVOLUTION! A Musical Flashback to the 60’s and 70’s.” Through your donations, we raised a record $35,000 for the United Arts of Central Florida – A partnership of businesses, governments, foundations, arts and cultural organizations, school districts, artists and individuals working to enhance the quality and variety of cultural experiences available throughout Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. Cast Clubs are one of the many benefits of the Disney Difference – the exclusive products and services designed to support Cast Members in so many aspects of their lives - at home, work and play. We are grateful to have the opportunity to join together a diverse group of Cast Members in a fun, creative atmosphere to make new friends and perform great music.

Our club’s success is due to the overwhelming response we’ve received from you, our audience, as well as the assistance of many departments within the Walt Disney World Company. We would especially like to thank Cast Activities, Community Relations, Walt Disney Entertainment and the Disney Event Group. We would not be where we are today without their tremendous partnership.

In the future, we will continue to deliver top-notch entertainment and give back to our community. We sincerely thank you for your generous support over the years. We would also like to thank all of the Choir, Orchestra and Crew members who donate their time and talents to make each of our concerts such a huge success.
